Mykonos Cerámica renewed the outdoor areas of this large house located in Majorca. Spain – building job by REINSU.

The 531 m2 residence is located in a suburb in Calvià, Palma de Majorca, Spain. Oriented sout-west, it is located between the quietness of the mountain, and the sun and the iodine of the nearby coves and beaches.

This contemporary proposal of regular geometry and contrast of black and white colors required a modern material on the outdoor areas: porcelain concret-looking tiles by Mykonos Cerámica.

The flooring from Atrio series, in its CREMA toneT, provides the terraces, walkways and swimming pools, the clean and luxurious design that they needed.

The pool-area is paved with this porcelain tile in its C3 anti-slip version which, together with the slight relief, maximizes its anti-slip and resistance properties.
